Information & assessment.
MiWay Finance Inc will provide our clients with all the relevant information to make an informed decision before they sign any agreements. All our agreements are in line with the Texas OCCC regulations and provide for full transparency on the cost and duration of the agreement. Your application will be reviews based on the consumer credit data and financial information that you explicitly give permission to.
Product & cost.
The loan amount approved will be based on your affordability and a quotation will be send out for your acceptance. The cost associated with your loan agreement will be set out in detail prior to accepting the loan offer, as well as in the agreement you will be required to sign. Interest is payable to the lender and CAB fees to MiWay Finance Inc. You are also liable for Late Fees and NSF fees in such unforeseen circumstance that it might happen.
Disclosures
As a valuable client, we would like to build a relationship with you over time and the only way to do that is to be open and transparent. You will be able to login to your account and view all your information and all your agreements made at all times.
